We understand how you operate because we are you . . . so, we've designed this gathering to have fast results.
Upon signing up, we will define your top 3 goals, top 3 obstacles and top 3 strengths for the year in a 90 minute deep dive 1:1 coaching session.
We will also do the same with your team - your choice if it's the leadership or the entire team.
Community
We have exclusively curated a group of 20 women like you who we've invited to this experience. Of the 20, we have room for 6 to join us.
We want to keep the group intimate and have time to dive deep with each other.

Immersion
Enjoy two luxury retreats designed to challenge us but also help us relax and get inspired!
At our first retreat, we will be masterminding on our private jet.

We will be virtually "Masterminding" every other month.
In this two-hour Mastermind gathering, we will have expert guidance on a topic that we see mutually needed by the group.

Accountability
We will have bi-monthly coffee chats to share our progress towards our goals, celebrate our wins and challenge each other to grow.
